Welcome to your new found freedom for adventure, and desire for optimal performance. Stoked For Success is a completely new and first-ever model of performance and motivational coaching - that is conducted on the water, for those that want to experience the joys of Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boarding and/or the thrills of flying over the water on an e-foil.

All skill levels are more than welcome. If you are coming into this with a background in water or board sports, or no background at all - you will find in me a welcoming and committed instructor.

In the stoke-generating process, you will build new skills on the water, gain control and mastery of your body and mind, and walk away with a feeling of personal enhancement and accomplishment that you will carry with you far beyond the shores and water.

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boarding lessons

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boarding continues to be the fastest growing water sport in the world, and it is no different here in New York where SUP lessons are now available.

Let's get out on the water together (from calm flat water conditions to chop and surf - depending on your experience level and preferences) and share in the stoke of gliding over water, taking in all nature has to offer, enjoy the zen of paddle boarding, and even speak about how the stoke (energy, passion, vision, commitment) that comes from SUP boarding can be carried over into your everyday life.

SUP lessons will teach you valuable technical skills to safely enter and exit the water with a SUP board, usage of proper paddling technique, effective navigation, reading water conditions, and more.

Various makes and models (along with sizes) of paddle boards are available for your use.

Individualized E-Foil lessons

This option is for beginners and first-time riders.
THE MISSION: we will meet on the beach (weather permitting), discuss the passion/interest/curiosity you have about riding the e-foil. We will set any intentions you have for your own personal life in the process. We will then go over safety procedures and proper handling of the e-foil, along with riding/surfing etiquette. We then proceed to the water, and allow the magic to unfold.
MY MISSION is to get you stoked for your own success (however YOU define that), and to be your fellow stoker to the point that you experience the wonders that your body and mind are capable of achieving.

Ride the e-foil like a pro

This option is for those that want to put their all into getting up on the e-foil and ride alongside their instructor. Your instructor will provide you with feedback - for your body and mind - to allow you to ride the e-foil and experience the beauty of weightless intentionality.
